DjShugyFudshin Austin KiAikido Dojo Established in 1983 Austin KiAikido is one of the oldest dojos in Austin teaching aikido. It is dedicated to the practice and teachings of Ki Aikido a martial art that emphasizes the unity of mind and body to overcome aggression and conflict. The dojo provides a place to work through the natural responses to aggression fight flight and freeze. Instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of Ki Aikido including breathing techniques meditation and physical movements.
