Home Fuller Road Management Corporation FRMC is a notforprofit organization formed to create an environment in which new and technologically innovative businesses can develop and research can be translated into commercially viable high technology. As such FRMC plans designs develops constructs ownsoperates and leases facilities necessary to enable such an environment. It is the objective that each initiative associated with that environment will advance the educational and research mission of NY CREATES through the enhancement of research opportunities for faculty students and staff to promote the economic development and competitiveness of New York State by encouraging and facilitating the transfer of technology resources to the marketplace and to enhance the ability of NY CREATES to attract public and private funds to further research and technology development. FRMC Board of Directors Meetings are open to the general public.
