Pug Rescue of Florida & Georgia is a 501c3 non profit that has rescued thousands of pugs since 2003. Helping Pugs in Florida & Georgia Our mission is to give pugs in need a safe, healthy, and happy future. We rescue displaced and abandoned pugs, provide necessary medical care, place them with caring fosters, find each pug a loving home, and let everyone know how SPECIAL pugs are. Since 2003, we have been known as Pug Rescue of Florida, a non-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue organization. In 2021 we obtained our license as an official Georgia foster/rescue organization and expanded our reach to become Pug Rescue of FL & GA. We operate through an organized network of volunteers and sustain our operations through fundraising efforts and the generous financial support of private individuals and commercial entities.
