UPA has a practice of working hard and doing so quietly. But we want to take a moment to draw attention to something significant. This past Ramadan we distributed food to OVER 1.5 MILLION PEOPLE throughout Gaza *including the North* where our people have been undergoing severe bombardment. We also provided 800,000 liters of water and clothing for 10,000 people, plus mental health support to 500 health workers, strengthening the resilience of those on the front lines of crisis. Although the sacred month of Ramadan has ended, UPA’s mission continues. We have already put plans in place to distribute milk formula and expand our mental health services to reach even more people.
