This diverse group of surgeons represents private practices community hospitals and academic medical centers and the Chapter is active at all of the medical schools and surgery residency programs throughout the Commonwealth. The MCACS features a venue for lifelong learning the promotion of the highest quality of care through the Massachusetts NSQIP collaborative MaSQIC a model for grassroots advocacy both on Beacon Hill and in the United States Congress trendsetting efforts on behalf of our patients and our profession opportunities for young surgeons residents and fellows to become involved in the Chapter and in national ACS efforts the rewards of being part of a greater good warm fellowship with colleagues and so much more.
