One Museum. Four immersive exhibits. Endless possibilities to discover. Plimoth Patuxet Museums will open for the 2025 season on March 15, and remain open through the Sunday following Thanksgiving Day. Learn more about winter programs at plimoth.org. Plimoth Patuxet Museums is the living history museum of 17th-century New England. The Museum explores the development of self-government, the pursuit of spiritual freedom, the impact of colonization on the Indigenous homeland, and traditions of gratitude in early America. Based on thorough research about Mayflower’s 1620 transatlantic crossing, and the English and Native people who met along these shores of change, Plimoth Patuxet Museums presents engaging exhibits, inspiring programs, and thought-stirring conversations about the foundation of the United States in Indigenous Patuxet and Plymouth, Massachusetts.
