Home - Rochester Special Hockey

Our mission is to provide training in ice hockey for players with developmental, cognitive and physical disabilities in Rochester, NY and the surrounding counties. The overall goal of our organization is to allow all individuals with developmental, cognitive and physical disabilities, in the greater Rochester, New York and Monroe County area the opportunity to experience exciting fun while learning new skills. We will assist in developing and enhancing skills focused on individual responsibility, team work, improving athletic skills, socialization all the while of providing the value of therapeutic activity. These will be brought together by encompassing skating, the game of hockey, being a member of a team and most of all fun and enjoyment
