The purpose for which the non-profit corporatipn is formedd is as follows; recruit, train, and manage a boys youth basketball team to which will participate and compete in basketba games, leagues and activities for the benefit of the non-profit corporation to help the young men get seeked by college coaches. Such fund raising activities will require collections of monies via donations. All monies qo towards the pay of the tournament fees, socks, uniforms, etc.
