Green Star Art, also known as The Lacey Jarrell Foundation, is an exclusively charitable organization To heighten awareness of artistic youth and to promote education and creative experiences for young student artists. The foundation is devoted to the enhancement and promotion of ethical, social, intellectual, and emotional development and healing for youth through providing exposure for young artists in the areas of painting, drawing, photography, creative writing, digital art, dance, music, acting, and more. We provide funding for educational scholarships, art supplies, tuition for classes, travel to approved events, and more. We support youth ages 12 to 21 who are currently enrolled in an educational institution and express an interest in art. We define art as any creative expression that results in aesthetic pleasure.
