We Change Lives Our mission is to improve the health of the people of Haiti in a caring compassionate manner as a reflection of our Christian faith. Welcome We welcome you to Friends for Health in Haiti. We are a 501c3 faithbased nonprofit organization working in the mountain community of Gatineau located 15 miles south of Jeremie Haiti. With a dedication to Christian values Friends for Health in Haiti strives to improve the health of the people of Haiti in a holistic manner addressing multiple determinants of health through their outpatient clinic and community development programs.
