The mission of Wally's Friends is to dramatically reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats born each year and destroyed in our local shelters by impacting target areas with the highest numbers of stray animals as well as target areas with the highest numbers entering shelters by:**Providing high quality, high volume, low cost spay and neuter surgeries for dogs and cats in Chattanooga,Hamilton County, and surrounding rural counties. **Connecting people and animals through education on dog and cat overpopulation and the importance of responsible guardianship to elevate the quality of life in the community.**Providing transport of animals to the clinic from rural counties, low income clients and free spay/neuter to those who lack such funds.
