How We Collaborate With residential collaboration we work with the people who live in mobile home parks to shift to a residentownership model. Our Team Our team is small but mighty working together to shift mobile home parks to residentowned communities. Our Why By creating inclusive selfsustaining cooperative communities the Roaring Fork CDC cocreates a better quality of life for residents and coinvests in a brighter collective future for the Roaring Fork and Colorado River regions.
