Provide support to rural Vietnamese communities in the areas of health education and social welfare. Specifically provide for an overseas volunteer program to work with those served; educational scholarships from K-12; vocational training to young women; and capital projects in support of vision goals. In 2021 provided funds to support community health in light of COVID-19 becoming an area of concern.
