Our Mission It is the mission of The Way Back to provide the resources to help people with psychiatric disabilities reintegrate into the community and to assist them with their recovery. The agency provides rehabilitative housing services and staff support as a primary mechanism for achieving these goals. Programs Services Community Residence Provides supervised support for residents in acquiring basic living skills in a group housing environment.
