Found in 1967, "The Step" has been a resident company since 2007 in historic Proctors Theatre, Schenectady, NY. The Capital Hill Coffee House Ministry aka The Eighth Step is community-based volunteer, all volunteer arts organization dedicated to diversity and quality public arts presentations.
