With over 19500 HR professionals and 6 active SHRM affiliate chapters it39s clear that our state is a hub for leadership innovation and collaboration within the HR field. One of the most impactful ways we can continue to foster growth and development in our profession is through volunteering and mentorship. Our 6 chapters offer a vital platform for sharing knowledge nurturing new talent and advancing the future of HR leadership.
