Empowering single mothers and children to lead self-sustaining lives through spiritual, emotional and educational assistance. TOTC provides a house to The Perch which houses six foster children who have aged out of the foster care system to give them a home with mentoring and benefits to help them succeed in their new independent life. We work closely with the Crime Victim's Coordinator in our area to help those that fall within our mission to recover from their victimization.
