Growing Bike Access for Oakland and Beyond OUR IMPACT IN NUMBERS Our community bike shop The Bikery provides our community with an average of 500 bikes per year. To date Cycles of Change has taught more than 50000 of Alameda Countys youth our bike safety classes. Oakland Upcycle connects over 200 lowincome East Bay residents with free bicycles each year. Drive Your Bike Program is the single best program to break down the barriers for students to ride.
