After much discussion with Suffolk County Department of Social Services it was decided that the greatest need was for a shelter that would house women and children and intactfamilies. Today Resurrection House continues to provide emergency shelter to individuals in need and also provides lowincome transitional housing case management informal aftercare services food pantry and other services that can enable our families to be selfsufficient and independent. Your support allows us to provide much needed services to our families so they are better able to become selfsufficient and independent Join our efforts by volunteering.
