CHCS AIMS TO STRENGTHEN THE U.S. HEALTH CARE SYSTEM TO ENSURE BETTER, MORE EQUITABLE OUTCOMES, PARTICULARLY FOR PEOPLE SERVED BY MEDICAID. ITS WORK IS ORGANIZED UNDER THREE PRIORITIES: INTEGRATING SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH COMPLEX NEEDS, DELIVERY SYSTEM AND PAYMENT REFORM, AND LEADERSHIP AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
