THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A CLUB FOR MEMBERS AND FAMILIES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF RACE, COLOR, CREED, CULTURAL HERITAGE, POLITICAL BELIEFS, HANDICAPS OR MARITAL STATUS, WHICH WILL INSPIRE AND ENABLE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY FROM DISADVANTAGED CIRCUMSTANCES, TO REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, RESPONSIBLE, AND CARING CITIZENS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A SAFE PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW; ONGOING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CARING, ADULT PROFESSIONALS; LIFE ENHANCING PROGRAMS AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT EXPERIECES; HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY.
