Leadership Worthington Leadership Worthington a program of the Worthington Area Chamber is a 7month leadership development program for individuals who live or work within the Worthington City School District or are active members of the Worthington Area Chamber and are inspired to contribute to the wellbeing of their local community through active involvement in government nonprofit andor corporate affairs. Leadership Worthington graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how to work collaboratively and successfully in achieving meaningful outcomes impacting others. Mission To develop inspire and connect leaders to drive positive change in the Worthington community. What We Do We develop civicminded leaders inspire leaders to engage in community initiatives and connect leaders to strengthen their relationships within the community.
