ABOUT US The Louisiana Land Trust LLT is a nonprofit organization initially formed in 2006 to acquire and manage properties that were purchased on behalf of the State of Louisiana under theRoad Home Programas part of the ongoing recovery effort from damage caused by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. LLT is currently implementing multiple disaster recovery and mitigation projects for the State of Louisiana Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit. The Louisiana Land Trust is currently implementing multiple disaster recovery and mitigation projects on behalf of the Louisiana State Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit. The list of projects includes the Restore Louisiana Solution 4 Buyout Program the Isle De Jean Charles and Pecan Acres Resettlement Programs and the Statewide Mitigation Buyout Program.
