Building a community free of domestic abuse. KCWS is dedicated to providing comprehensive support resources and shelter for survivors and their pets while also raising awareness about the impact and origins of domestic abuse. It is extremely challenging for victims of domestic violence to leave an abusive environment. So challenging in fact that many choose to return to an abusive home instead of uprooting their children and forfeiting their jobs.
