The Foreign Policy Association, Inc. is a U.S. non-profit educational organization established in 1918 as the "League of Free Nations Association." History

The Foreign Policy Association was founded during World War I by 41 Americans to support President Woodrow Wilson's efforts to establish a League of Nations, as proposed in his Fourteen Points. Despite the League of Nations' eventual failure, the FPA continued to evolve. It was reconstituted in 1923 and has since become a leading advocate for U.S. involvement in global governance and citizen education in international affairs.
