THE CENTER BECAME THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF THE FOUNDATION AT THE BEGINNING OF 2004, AND WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE IS TO OBTAIN AND PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE CENTER AS A SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION.
