Home - Clifton Improvement Association Our Mission Beach Bluff Park and the adjacent parking lot areowned by the Clifton Improvement Association and are maintained by private fundsgenerated through membership donations and gifts. The CIA provides open access to the beach and parking in our lot on Atlantic and Seaview Avenues as well as advocacy for the coastal environment. As a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization the CIA preserves protects and improves the scenic historic and natural character of the local open and public spaces through information education and advocacy.
