BBRS Votes to Extend Concurrency Period for the 10th Edition of the Building Code The 10th Edition of the Base Building Code 780 CMR with Massachusetts Amendments became effective on Friday October 11 2024. On December 2 2024 the Board of Building Regulations and Standards voted unanimously to extend the concurrency period for the 9th and 10th Editions of the code to June 30 2025.
