OWSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission of increasing the number of women who sail. OWSA provides education and experience, within a supportive environment, in the art and science of sailing. Organized in 1994 by the efforts of local women sailors, OWSA exists to promote and facilitate women’s participation in cruising and racing events in Oregon and SW Washington.
