A Wish Come True is a local RI wish granting organization that grants wishes to children with life threatening illnesses A Wish Come True grants wishes and provides resources to families with a child age 3-18 We are the oldest wish granting organization in RI and MA. We grant wishes AND provide resources to families that have a child struggling with a life-threatening illness. This includes financial and emotional support for families.
