We help to secure projects, promote the hiring of union workers, and meet the quality-of-life and quality-of-work needs of employees and employers in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. TO DESIGN AND EMBRACE CONTRACTOR COMPETITIVENESS AND TO PROTECT THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OF LABORERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
