PROVIDE HOUSING, CARE AND FEEDING OF STRAY AND UNWANTED CATS AND DOGS. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO CYCLE ANIMALS BACK INTO LOVING ADOPTIVE HOMES. SECONDARILY, PROVISION OF EDUCATION IN AN EFFORT TO ASSURE EVERY PET OWNER IS EDUCATED IN THE PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF ANIMALS.
