BCAGlobal is an organization that for 25 years has worked to advance opportunities and racial equity for BIPOC individuals in the culinary/foodservice industry. As the organization’s efforts gained traction and recognition, BCAGlobal expanded its focus to bringing health equity and food and social justice to marginalized communities. Our community-focused efforts are guided by the actionable education and insights of our flagship program, Mindful Eating for the Beloved Community. The nationwide initiative has raised food literacy and facilitated access to quality, affordable nutrition and equitable health resources for several major urban areas such as Atlanta, Detroit as well as through our ongoing initiative in the Bronx.
