The Marauders managed to squeeze in a 12-3 victory Thursday night over Webster under the threat of looming thunderstorms. After falling behind in the second, the boys battled back lead by strong offensive performances by Kane P, Jackson G and Ben H who had a triple and 4 RBIs in the game. In addition the dynamic duo of Kane and Jackson were a force to be reckoned with. Kane was a wall behind the plate catching the entire game and Jackson pitched 3 innings allowing only one run with 8 strikeouts. Jack B and Earvin K each batted in a run to contribute to the win. Even though there were a few setbacks the team kept swinging and the bats came to life to take home the win.
