Start Well The Fellows Initiative works to equip and support a network of postgraduate, Christian leadership programs around the world. Each program is unique, designed to serve the needs of its local community and to operate under the leadership of a local program director and oversight of one or more local churches. TFI Fellows programs share a common mission to equip the emerging generation of Christian leaders with exceptional leadership training and Biblical grounding in faith, vocation, culture, and service. Based in the Washington D.C. metro area, The Fellows Initiative was founded in 2006 and currently serves a network of 34 fellows programs, an annual cohort of hundreds of ellows, and more than 3,100 program alumni.
