(NPG) founded in 1972 to educate the American public and political leaders of the devastating effects of overpopulation. THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE DAMAGE THAT CONTINUED POPULATION GROWTH WILL INFLICT ON OUR ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE FUTURE. NPG IS A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION FOUNDED TO EDUCATE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC AND POLITICAL LEADERS ABOUT THE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS OF OVERPOPULATION ON OUR ENVIRONMENT, RESOURCES, AND QUALITY OF LIFE. NPG ADVOCATES A SMALLER AND TRULY SUSTAINABLE UNITED STATES POPULATION ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH VOLUNTARY INCENTIVES FOR SMALLER FAMILIES AND IMMIGRATION LEVELS. NPG IS A LEADER IN THE MOVEMENT FOR A SOUND POPULATION POLICY THAT RECOGNIZES CRUCIAL LINKAGES BETWEEN POPULATION GROWTH, ENVIRONMENTAL DEGRADATION AND A DECLINING QUALITY OF LIFE.
