Connexus, Inc Connecting People Communities and Visions Connexus contracts with the Tennessee Division of Intellectual Disabilities as well as the Nashville Area Council on Aging. The program we offer are Supported Living Personal Assistance Supported Employment Respite Elderly Care Community Based Day and Family Based. Our Services Residential Habilitation 24 hour residential services having individualized services and supports that enable an enrollee to acquire retain or improve skills necessary to reside in a communitybased setting.
