Intervale Center good food can change the world ABOUT US We are a dynamic nonprofit in Burlington VT that implements innovative replicable and placebased solutions to address some of global agricultures most pressing problems. We are transforming the food system from one that is degrading anonymous and industrial to one that is restorative familiar and humanscale. We are working to foster a local food economy that is good for people and the planet. Farms We are increasing the viability of farming in Vermont by growing new farmers helping existing farms grow their businesses and by developing markets for producers.
