The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce serves 1,200+ members through networking events, leadership programs and advocates for a healthy business climate. The Greater Naples Chamber is a non-profit organization of 1,200+ member companies that works to promote the business community. Together we work to make Collier County the best place in America to live, work and visit. The mission of the Leadership Collier Foundation™ (LCF), a 501(c) 3 affiliate of the Greater Naples Chamber, is to build a broad-based network of community leaders and talent who enhance their leadership abilities and skills through continuing education, shared perspectives community involvement, and work-based learning, enabling them to work toward solutions in the public interest.

The Leadership Collier Foundation, affiliated with the Greater Naples Chamber, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering leadership and community development in Collier County. The foundation aims to empower leaders by bridging the gap between community needs and the individuals who can address them through various programs and educational initiatives.
Programs and Initiatives

Leadership Collier: This flagship program is designed for experienced leaders seeking to enhance their impact on their organizations and the community. Participants engage in hands-on experiences, explore key sectors such as government, education, and healthcare, and build a strong network of local connections. This program runs from September to March each year and includes a full-day opening retreat followed by 12 program days.

Associate Leadership Collier: Targeted at emerging leaders and professionals between the ages of 21 and 40, this program provides similar hands-on experiences to develop and prepare the next generation of leaders in Collier County.

Youth Leadership Collier: Launched in 2005, this program focuses on rising high school seniors. It includes a weekend retreat and fieldwork with local organizations, exposing students to sectors like law enforcement, media, human services, and the environment. The goal is to develop ethical leaders who will remain involved in the community.
Mission and Impact
The Leadership Collier Foundation strives to build a stronger Collier County by developing and engaging leaders in the community. Through its programs, the foundation aims to equip participants with a deeper understanding of the county's challenges and opportunities, enhance their leadership skills, and connect them with influential community leaders and organizations. Graduates of these programs become part of the LCF Alumni Association, continuing their engagement in community leadership and civic initiatives.
With over 500 alumni from the Youth Leadership Collier program alone, the foundation has established a robust network of leaders who contribute to shaping the future of Collier County through active involvement in various sectors and community projects.
