🐉 Once a Red Dragon ➡️ always a Red Dragon ❤️⬇️ Oneonta native Tanya Pledger practically grew up on campus—attending sports camps and joining her mom, Barbara Pledger (who works in Netzer!), at campus events and activities. (See last photo!) She had always dreamed of becoming a Red Dragon herself (and still has the beloved Red Dragon stuffed animal she had growing up), so when her acceptance letter arrived, she called it “the happiest day of my life.” “I never had a doubt in my mind I wanted to go here.” A Communication Studies major with a Theatre minor and a passion for music, Tanya graduated last week after making the most of her college experience, joining the club volleyball team and being involved in various Theatre productions. This summer, she is heading to Nashville to find a job in music marketing, feeling prepared and excited for a future in The Music City. 🎶✨ From childhood to college, Tanya’s Oneonta journey has truly come full circle—and we couldn’t be prouder. ❤️ Congratulations, Tanya!
