Black Women of Essence, Inc. (BWOE) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for women of color in the United States. Founded with a mission to provide comprehensive resources, services, education, networking opportunities, and advocacy, BWOE focuses on several key areas to promote self-awareness and improve community well-being.
