On Friday and Saturday, Alice and Lila Weaver participated in the ASBA All-Star Band, making music alongside the very best band students from 1A-4A schools across Arkansas. They also debuted a new piece from a commissioned composer inspired by the folklore of the Ozarks. Alice and Lila are the first Conway Christian students to be selected for an auditioned honor band. We are very proud of them! Praise God who the winds and waters obey for keeping us safe even in bad weather this weekend and allowing them to have this amazing experience! (fb)
