Dedicated to Enhancing the Quality of Life in Our Local Communities Quick Links The Snowshoe Foundation Supporting the Communities of Pocahontas Webster Randolph County WV The Snowshoe Foundation is dedicated to providing financial support to local communitybased organizations whose activities provide benefits to the communities in Central West Virginia. The Foundation began as an initiative to enhance the quality of life within our local communities. We are a 501 c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the children and families of Webster Pocahontas Randolph and surrounding counties. Our board of directors is comprised of committed individuals from these areas who actively seek to provide help and hope to area residents.
