Les Dames d'Escoffier San Diego Les Dames dEscoffier SAN DIEGO We are a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food beverage and hospitality. LDEI International is composed of over 2400 members in 43 chapters currently in the United States Canada the United Kingdom France and Mexico is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality. The LDEI San Diego Chapter comprises a dynamic group of women working to support our local communities by advancing the significance of food and beverage in bridging cultural barriers. We create and support ways to give back to San Diego offering educational networking and mentoring opportunities providing scholarships for women entering the fields of Food Beverage and Hospitality.
