The mission of the Black Long Term Care Executives is to promote excellence in leadership in the delivery of long term care services. Our goal is to invest in educational and professional development and reach all dimensions of success. Our mission brings us to identify and unite black long term care administrators and other professionals. Provide and promote continuing education to members; develop a forum in which ideas and experiences are disseminated and shared. We encourage and assist black and brown people expressing and interest in pursuing a career in long term care. We encourage members to seek and/or maintain membership in other healthcare organizations and we also assess common needs of black long term care administrators and develop strategies to provide assistance.
