Bridges a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic is a statedesignated local mental health authority for Milford Orange and West Haven and also serves Stratford and other surrounding communities. Bridges offers comprehensive outpatient services to support children families adults and young adults with behavioral health issues and substance use disorders and individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness.
