TO PROVIDE AN INTEGRATED, COMMUNITY-BASED TRAUMA RESPONSE PROGRAM UTILIZING STATE-OF-THE-ART, TRAUMA-SPECIFIC INTERVENTION STRATEGIES WITH THE GOAL OF DECREASING THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF MALTREATMENT AND EXPOSURE TO TRAUMATIC INCIDENTS AND COMMUNITY VIOLENCE ON CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES.
