JCF is the largest community foundation in New Jersey. Together with Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ and our partner agencies, we offer many ways to live generously, connect with heritage and build a vibrant Jewish community. THE ORGANIZATION IS A VEHICLE INTO WHICH PARENTS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS CAN POOL THEIR RESOURCES TO PROVIDE A KNOWLEDGEABLE AGENT TO MONITOR THE LIFETIME CARE OF A DISABLED INDIVIDUAL WHEN FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND TO CARRY OUT PURPOSES OF JEWISH COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREATER METROWEST NEW JERSEY.
