Offering the best adult education for the construction workforce training in building construction; THE UPSTATE NEW YORK LABORERS' EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND'S OPERATIONS CONSIST OF A CENTRALIZED TRAINING CENTER LOCATED IN OSWEGO, NEW YORK, TO SUPPLEMENT AND PROVIDE PROGRAMS IN ADDITION TO THOSE OFFERED BY THE PARTICIPATING TRAINING FUNDS TO PROVIDE A QUALITY WORKFORCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION TRADE INDUSTRY. EACH PARTICIPATING TRAINING FUND IS EQUALLY REPRESENTED ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UPSTATE NEW YORK LABORERS' EDUCATION AND TRAINING FUND.
