CAREERS THROUGH CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM (C-CAP)

C•CAP seniors at the Granado High School in Arizona completed our Pre-Apprenticeship Program cooked and presented dishes from “The Apprentice, My Life in the Kitchen” by the great Jacques Pepin. The meal enjoyed by the school administration and Navajo community leaders. Thank you to Chef Rick Sederholt, @bashasmarkets for ingredients, and to the @jacquespepinfoundation for donating cookbooks.

CAREERS THROUGH CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM (C-CAP)

After months of training, 411 students from 84 schools across the country took part in the 2025 C•CAP College Scholarship Competition. The rigorous application process begins with stellar recommendations, grades, and attitudes, then moves onto The Preliminaries—timed professionally judged trials, in which students make two classic French dishes—before moving onto The Finals. A little more a third made it through to win a scholarship.
